Privacy Notice

Northdesk Studio ("Métrica," "we," or "us"), located in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, is responsible for processing personal data under applicable Mexican law.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the service: account details; the business, project, and client information you enter; subscription payment data processed by Stripe; and minimal technical logs for operation and security. Métrica does not store card details. You are responsible for having the right to enter your clients’ information.

2. How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide product features, process subscriptions, send operational notices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data.

3. Google account information

Optional Google connections activate only when you choose them and can be revoked at any time. Google sign-in uses name and email for authentication. Calendar access synchronizes events with the dedicated Métrica calendar; Métrica does not read, change, or delete events in your other calendars. Drive access is limited to files you create or open with Métrica.

Limited Use. Métrica’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for visible product features, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not accessed by humans except with permission, for necessary security review, or when legally required.

4. Service providers and transfers

Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google, and OpenAI process data only as needed to operate the described services, under their own security and privacy practices.

5. Your ARCO rights

You may request access, correction, cancellation, or opposition, and may revoke consent, by emailing northdeskstudio@gmail.com. You can also edit and export information in the app.

6. Retention and security

We retain data while the account is active and as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards including HTTPS/TLS, database-level isolation, and infrastructure access controls.

7. Changes

We may update this notice to reflect service or legal changes and will publish the current version and date here. Material changes may also be communicated through available contact channels.
