Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Métrica, operated by Northdesk Studio. By creating an account, you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for account activity. The service is intended for adults age 18 or older who can enter into a contract.

2. Plans, trial, and payments

Métrica offers one plan for the account holder, with every tool included, at USD 19.99 per month or USD 199.99 per year, plus applicable taxes. Invited clients use the Client Portal for free. Teamspace collaborators will cost extra when that feature becomes available. Stripe processes subscriptions; Métrica never stores card data. Eligible Beta accounts receive 30 days free with no card. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period and then becomes read-only without deleting your data. Price changes will be announced with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively to a paid period.

3. Your content

Your clients, projects, payments, notes, and files remain yours. You grant only the technical permission needed to store, process, and display them to you and people you choose. You are responsible for third-party rights and consent. You may export your information at any time.

4. Client Portal and client payments

You control what clients see in secure portals. Payments configured through links or instructions occur directly between you and your client. Métrica does not process, hold, or charge a commission on those payments and is not a party to that commercial relationship.

5. Métrica AI

The AI assistant is in beta, has monthly usage limits, and may be inaccurate. Verify important amounts, dates, and decisions before acting.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Métrica for illegal activity, security abuse, or content that infringes third-party rights. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended, with notice when possible.

7. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability is limited to what you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel or delete your account at any time. Account deletion follows the Privacy Notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Piedras Negras, Coahuila, with any other venue waived.
